At IDEA, our main objective is to improve the quality of life of people with an ethical approach to care, and this is what we apply in all the centers we have throughout Spain.
In Vitoria we have two residences and a total of 132 supervised apartments in which we demand the highest standards of quality in the service provided to both residents and their families under the same umbrella: "Residences with Sense".
The residences we manage are located in Aríñez and Villodas, in the metropolitan area of the city of Vitoria-Gasteiz, but in a very cozy environment. The supervised apartments are located in the outskirts of Vitoria-Gasteiz, and are designed to accommodate a total of 161 people.
With the management of the apartments and the two residences, we meet one of our main objectives: to generate a care ecosystem that provides care services to the elderly in the different stages of their dependency.

In Vitoria we manage a total of 132 autonomous, single-person and/or couple homes, which have services that cover the basic needs of daily life. The resources are intended for people at risk of dependency or with recognized Grade I dependency.
These are privately managed public apartments.
